The Minster of Trade and Industry, Mr. Trond Giske, visited Mustad Longline on Friday Sept. 2nd. The reason for the visit was Mustad Longline's nomination for the Innovation Prize which is to be handed out by the Research Council on Sept. 21st.

The Minister showed good insight in the fishing industry and the need for innovation and inspired us to future accomplishments.

Bryan Adams visited Gjøvik on June 10th. and we in Mustad Longline used this opportunity to invite a group of Norwegian vessel owners for a professional and social work-shop. We spent a full day at the Mustad head-quarters demonstrating and discussing products features and improvements before attending the great concert at the Gjøvik football arena.
