Fire at Mustad
[ 21/07-2003 ]
 Wednesday July 20th the Duratin plant for coating of hooks in Gjøvik, Norway, had a serious fire. The fire broke out during the holiday and there was no activity in the building at the time.
The Duratin production will be done by another line in Gjøvik, in addition to Mustad's production plants in China and Portugal. Mustad will only distribute hooks that satisfy our very high quality standards and the company will do its utmost to minimize any inconvenience for our customers.
